Josie was born, raised and currently resides in Los Angeles, California where she works as a freelance illustrator. She Graduated from Art Center College of Design in 2009 with a BFA and a focus in entertainment arts. Her intention as an artist is to create images that create cultural connections. She draws inspiration from her Salvadoran-American heritage as well as from the urban and natural landscapes that surround Los Angeles.
